Argh I'm voiceless!

Diagnosed down with ultimate flu and almost asthma cough!

Sigh below there is one picture of the number of pills to take every 8 hours!

Sigh sigh sigh!

It's totally absurd to work when you're totally voiceless.

Helpless and not productivity at all...

Sigh. How long more to end this?
